“ERROR: Attachment type is not allowed.” - in version 3.11.02 - 10-03-2008, 10:35 AM

Hello all,

I have enabled "restrict attachment types" and in tickets>attachments i have defined the types of attachments allowable. i.e. gif, bmp, png etc...

However, when trying to attach an "allowable" file via the ticket system, i get the above error.

I initially thought it was because i have used the preceding "." when defining the attachment types, ie: .jpg .gif etc...

So i changed them and removed the "." but still i have this error.

I saw another thread discussing the same problem. It was recommended the user download version 3.11.02 which is the version we are running.

I hope we do not have to upgrade to fix this very basic error!

Should this problem exist in this version?

I think this issue has been fixed in the latest CVS build.
