Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/future/public_html/support/swift.php:265) in /home/future/public_html/support/includes/functions.php on line 1614 Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/future/public_html/support/swift.php:265) in /home/future/public_html/support/includes/functions.php on line 1627 Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/future/public_html/support/swift.php:265) in /home/future/public_html/support/includes/functions.php on line 1627 ----------------------- I'm getting this error and it prevents me from logging into admin to be able to change the setting. I did change the setting in the MySQL db to the correct value which matches my owned kayako support suite license but the error on the browser admin login still persists. I've tried clearing the browser cache = didn't do anything different. Here's the background that led up to this problem: my kayako license is on mydomain.net while my main site is mydomain.com and my admin a long while back built in a forced redirect into apache for SEO purposes that forces the browser to read www.mydomain.com/etc/index.php apache is forced to this www.mydomain.com/rest/of/url when the browser tries to reach www.mydomain.net/rest/of/url or without "www." since my license for kayako support suite is on mydomain.net this is what I have always have in the: Admin CP > Settings > General Settings After a recent update to the current stable version of support suite my live response desktop app on XP started giving me an error that related to the url location in General Settings not matching the license key and it was preventing me from responding to tickets. I figured this was because of the apache forced www.mydomain.com instead of the .net so I went into admin and changed the setting to try to match the forced apache redirect. This caused the complete lockout from admin that I am now experiencing due to this setting - despite the fact that I've changed the MySQL db value in PHPmyAdmin. I hope someone can point me in a direction to fix this cause my customers are gonna be mad ![]() thanks, Joshua |

The issue is with the license key, it does not match the domain on which you have installed the software on. Contact Kayako Support from Members Area and get it soughted out. Hi futuretech, If your license key file is for futuretechtoday.com, then SupportSuite must be installed and accessed via futuretechtoday.com/some/directory or futuretechtoday.com. If you've selected the wrong domain for your key, contact support to have it amended. Thanks, -------------------------------------------------------------------
