ERROR: Domain does not match license key file domain

ERROR: Domain does not match license key file domain (service.page-zone.com), please change the product path to match the domain under Admin CP > Settings > General Settings
This Product will not work properly unless untill that value is changed.

Edit - took out most of the rant due to QUICK support!

I am getting the same error. How was your problem solved? I have informed support but no response from them.

Same here, sounds like kayako's key generator script isn't doing what its supposed to. I've tried every combination I can think of, even editing almost all of the cookie settings and domain settings in swsettings.

For my case, I deleted my setup directory but I still get that error.

Contacted support, wait a few days and the problem was fixed after support edited my license file key.php

Apparently, the key.php was faulty.

I upload the key.php again and the problem was solved.

Hope this helps other fellow users with this issue.

Reminder, key.php should be uploaded in binary format.
