Hi
When I write a reply to a client and the reply is long (10 lines or more)
I got this pop up java which is annoying me ...
How can I remove it from coming.

Unable to add notes in support tickets may help you.

Also have you made sure the Product URL is same to the URL from which you are accessing the helpdesk from as suggested by the pop up?
