error in sql, when submit new ticket

Hi all ,

I have installed the support suite and is working fine for me , but I am getting some critical errors , one error is as -

when I crete a new tix then the ticket is creating but at the bottom of the page I am getting the sql error also like...

If in my staff login I check my ticket is creating fine and except then this problem in the same table I am getting records by other operations. Only for this time I am getting the error.

Plz solve my pblm, I do not know how to get rid from this..

thnx. a lot , is working fine now...

just 2 days back only I have installed the support suite , and I will come with my other requests...

thnx a lot for major problem resolution ....
