Error when posting tickets - 25-01-2008, 10:39 AM

Hi,

When we add a ticket to the system manually (ie one of the support chaps here does it rather than a user via the web portal or email) we get this error when we click submit;

Warning: in_array() [function.in-array]: Wrong datatype for second argument in /var/www/support.g2support.com/html/modules/tickets/functions_ticketcore.php on line 550

The ticket gets posted, but the screen sits at that error. This started happening at the start of the week.

Any ideas ?

Olly

Make sure the Staff User using which you are adding the ticket is assigned to the department to which you are adding the ticket in.

Yeah, they are. They are set to use group departments (shouldnt that be 'team' departments) and the team is set to highlight all the depts.

Try re-uploading the file in Binary format. If the issue persists, feel free to open a support ticket from your Kayako Members Area profile
