In "Mail Parser » Manage E-mail Queues" I have created the email address support@myemailadress.com and the details added are Fetch Type: POP3SSL Host: pop.gmail.com Port: 995 Username: support@myemailadress.com password: my_pass After customer supmit a ticket, I recieve the information and reply to that customer's email, then he replies me . But I recieve his email only in my mailbox, I don't recieve it in the SupportSuite. Normally, it has to be alert both of mailbox and SupportSuite. Pls let me know why? |

You need to make sure that the department for which the ticket was created has an email queue assigned to it. In absence of an email queue the software will use the staff's profile email address as the "From" address. Even for the department for which the ticket was raised? Have you looked into all steps mentioned in the manual? The error suggest there is a login failure which in most cases happen with incorrect login access information which you are using for the POP3/IMAP account. Repair your database and the MySQL error should go away. How many email queues do you have in your system? Customers send mail to Departments. This email don't display in Support Suite.
