Escalations/Alerts based on Unassigned -

Looking to send alerts or escalate based on whether or not a ticket has been assigned. So, after a certain amount of time a ticket hasn't been assigned then it should escalate or send an alert.

Plus email notifications to the owner saying that a ticket has been assigned would be nice
