I followed the instructions in the manual for setting up a cron job only I specified it for tickets but its not working. Here is what my command is: wget -O/dev/null http://support.mysupporturl.com/cron...php?_t=tickets Did I do this right? I know that some will say to eliminate the _t=tickets part but I tried that and it doesn't work either. Anyone? |

And the star part before it? What do you have there? Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

Craig is probably referring to the timings of your CRON job. A full CRON command looks like; * * 1 * wget -O/dev/null http://support.mysupporturl.com/cron...php?_t=tickets Where the * * 1 * is a timing (i.e. "every minute"). However, if you are using cPanel or Plesk you will not have to bother with doing these yourself and will just need to check boxes - can you take a screenshot of this? -------------------------------------------------------------------

Hmm, looks fine to me. Enter your email address in the box above so it will email you any errors and post back when you get them (if you do). Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

Ah. Try using "php -q /path/to/script.php". Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

Seems like an issue with your host. Contact your host and ask them to give you permission to wget.
