| Escalations does not work. -

Hi there,
I'm using the 3.20.02 Kayako Stable version, and tried to start the Escalations's services.
SLA and Escalations were configurated correctly (Plans, Schedules, Rules).
When I change the department of some ticket, the Audit Log shows that the SLA Plan sets the Ticket due time, however when the this ticket turns "overdue", the Escalation does not change its department according the rule.
What do I need to do to the "Escalations" starts the rule in the correct time?
