I assumed they were automatically setup.

I see why Kayako don't as many will just be a waste of time (as many won't need them).

Maybe would be a good idea to allow setup via the options in the members area like the clear cache...

Which URLs need to be triggered by cron jobs ? Acutally i had the same problem, that nothing was happening when just triggering index.php. With the ?t=parser addition, imap fetch was performed. Is there a list which cron URLs exist and what they are for ?
