How do you mean combine the logins? Are we talking about making the user front end use LDAP to authenticate the end users?

You have installed eSupport and LiveResponse seporatly? There is no need to do so, they can both be managed via the one installation on purchase of SupportSuite or have you purchased both seporatly?

Ah, right. Please contact Kayako and ask them to merge your licences into SupportSuite. SupportSuite includes all the features from both apps and allows you to do it from one installation without you needing to maintain 2 staff lists in both apps. You may get refunded the difference between the upgrade charge from eSupport -> SupportSuite and what you paid for, LiveResponse alone.

What Craig said is correct - you can find a clearer comparison of each solution here: www.kayako.com/products.php

When you get it changed, I would advise removing your liveresponse installation and then upgrading your esupport installation to supportsuite so liveresponse is included with it.
