I am trying out the eSupport hosted solution after using the 7-day trial over the past week. Is there anyway to move my existing database from the 7-day trial to the my newly created hosted account. I can backup the orginal database but don't see anyway to restore the backup file. Or, is there anyway to get direct access to the MySQL database being hosted by Kayako? Thanks for the help, -Dave |
