Hi everyone, Our hosted eSupport helpdesk has not been letting us log in for the few days, and I tried again this morning and it is displaying the following message on all CPs including the client facing site (which I'm very disappointed that our clients can see this): eSupport is not installed, Please run setup/index.php to run eSupport I have raised a number of tickets with Kayako, but so far they have only seemed to have reset my password. Can someone from Kayako please give support a nudge as this is beyond critical. The tickets are: FXV-159865 MOC-483069 Regards, Kahle |
