| eSupport issues - labels, inaccurate ticket count -

I am experiencing the following issues, which may be bugs or may be illogical defaults that might be editable.
1 - when setting a label and clearing it, it functionally clears the label, but a little label graphic on the ticket still appears in the manage tickets view.
2 - under tickets > general > Open (5), there are only 4 tickets displayed. On hold has no indicator, but has 1 ticket.
Please let me know if I am misunderstanding something or if these issues should be submitted as bugs.
