We current have Esupport v3.00.80 and Modernbill 4.x integrated. We have come across a problem. Our users will login to our Modernbill system where they can click the "Contact Support" link which in turn opens the Esupport Page to create a new ticket. The user is able to create a new ticket just fine.
When we login to our esupport system we can see the newly created ticket but when we click on the ticket the body is blank. The header or title of the ticket is dsiplay fine in the email we get about the ticket, and the actual ticket in the panel, but the body of the ticket does not get posted.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
