eSupport - no signature in autoreply - 03-02-2007, 01:26 PM

There is not a signature in an autoreply. The autoreply template has not been modified from default. What setting inserts a signature in the autoreply?

The software will send the email queue signature by default in an autoresponder email. You can add the email queue signature under:
Admin CP > Mail Parser > Manage Email Queue > email@domain.com > Edit > Queue Signature

I've added a signature to every email address in the section you mention. The signature shows up in manually staff replies but it does not show in the autoresponder to a new ticket.

Staff replies? Which signature are you referring to? Again, Staff signatures will not be appended to autoresponders.

I been searching alot - but there are so many post about signatures that I can't find any...

My Kayako sends the autoreply just fine when I send an email directly from ie. Outlook. In the autoreply I also get the signature.

But... If I send a ticket from the support center the signature is missing in the autoreply.

I think I have seen this mentioned somewhere in all my searches, but now since both version 3.11.00 and 3.11.01 is out and I still have this missing signature I wanted to ask again:

Is there a fix for this - it is such a little tiny (but very irritating) problem - does anyone have a solution?

I have tried to get this fixed through the support but to be honest I think (hope) I have a bigger change to find a solution from within this forum or from one of you guys with a great idea on how to solve my problem.

Please - help me if you have any ideas on my above described problem.
