sorry, i got that issue from your demo site, not the latest build,
BTW, i found this reply from triller Knowledgebase search and multibyte characters

ok, i just got a free 7 days trial, and the trail version is v3.04.10

i have not bought a lisence,
this may be a sales issue,
how can a person know that esupport working well in Chinese? free 7days trial is only for English version.

Hope you are not planning to use the chat service since it does not work.. review all the forum reports of all the bugs.. test this software in a non production environment. It most definitely can not be used in a live setting by a company that deals with actual clients that expect replies..

We have had our system off line for almost a month now since some of the major features do not work...
