Hi, In version 2 of eSupport, the search function worked great. I have the latest v3 installed, yet the search function has not worked correctly in any of the earlier v3 releases either. If I do a quick search, or an entire message search for a simple string that is within the body of a ticket, a zero result is returned. Yet I have verified 100% that the string exists within older tickets. I copy and paste the search string into search box. The search function seems to only work on "open tickets". Closed tickets are ignored from the search function. Any help would be much appreciated. Regards, Wyatt |
