Guys,
Hope someone can help me.
When a new ticket, or a ticket is replied to - I need an email to go to a staff member. The email address is not the email registered with that staff member in the control panel, and only that staff member should get the email alert.
Example, Staff member working from home only has access to one mail box and not the company mail, we need to alert this staff member there is a new ticket that needs actioning.
Can anyone help as I can only see a global send mail to all staff, and it only goes to the registered email address.
