I have just moved my Kayako eSupport v3.00.32 installation from a Linux server to a Windows one. Everything is working fine except when i run the mail parser (
http://my-support-domain/cron/index.php?_t=parser ) the first time i reach the error message below:

Please help me to solve this issue as soon as possible as my helpdesk has been unable to parse email to ticket for near to 72 hours. Thank you for your support.
