I use facile forms to collect data from my website. I can export the data either in XML or in excel. I have created a bunch of Custom Fields in the Teamwork > Contacts that match the fields in my Facile Forms. How can I transfer / upload this data from my forms into SupportSuite > Teamwork > Contacts ? (This is the first time I am using this forum and I think I entered this question in the wrong discussion group, so here goes the question again, hopefully this time in the correct thread) |
