Export PDF with umlauts not working

Hi.

We cant get the PDF export to work.

The title is wrong but the text uses umlauts.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

The PDF export does not support umlauts yet, We are working to resolve this but it might take some time as it requires reviewing third party code (FPDF) and fixing potential bugs.

FPDF supports umlauts and euro chars as it is a European application. The error must be in Kayako as all other character conversion errors I've heard about.

Hi ppherson,

This must be a newer version of FPDF; hopefully we can get it upgraded. I will add it to the tracker once it is back up.
