Fatal error: ERROR if a link is opend in Webmail - 10-04-2008, 01:10 PM

OK.
I am using Hanmail.net the most popular webmail in Korea
this webmail uses frames so if a link is clicked the user will stay in email.

this seems to cause problem when an article is sent and user clicks
on it he receives

Fatal error: ERROR: You are not allowed to view this article or the article does not exist. in /home/bando/public_html/support/modules/knowledgebase/client_knowledgebase.php on line 160

so to solve this problem I need to make sure that all links sent from kayako should open in a new window

Please guide me

What is the exact URL (right click and click copy link on the link) the webmail is taking you to?

look it is very simple. kayako does not work if the link of an article is opened in a frame. that is all

supposing some body recommend an article link to another person by webmail
and the webmail uses frame there will be error.

to test this simple make two frames with dreamweaver, put a link to any article recommend and click on it and you will get error

So your saying if you right click it, click Copy URL or Copy Link and paste that into a web browser address bar it works fine?

sure no problem at all but when i go to Daum - ¿ì¸®µéÀÇ UCC ¼¼»ó, ´ÙÀ½
use hanmail which is the most popular email in Korea like yahoo in US

and I click on the link I get error and that seems it is because that
email opens all links inside it's fram

left frame is webmails menue right fram is email contents

when I put my mouse inside the link in the webmail right click and choose open in new window every thing is fine
