I now get this error when trying to upgrade: Fatal error: Unable to read 9496 bytes in /var/www/virtual/sioraone.com/support/htdocs/setup/includes/functions.php on line 0 Anyone know what this could be and/or how to fix it? My desk is now down. Please help. |

unfortunately I am not the one doing the upgrading. I will pass this information on and hopefully this will resolve it. Thanks. |

Hi Siora, This certainly looks like an upload-in-ASCII problem - ensure the files are uploaded in binary format. -------------------------------------------------------------------

Try redownloading, uncompressing the package, zipping up all files inside the upload dir, uploading the zip file via FTP to the folder and unzipping using SSH on the server ("unzip upload.zip" then type A to replace all).
