File Size Restriction In Download Area - 02-04-2008, 10:48 AM

Hi,

I'm trying to upload a zip file to our download area which is around 18MB.
However a "page cannot be displayed" is returned.

Smaller files are uploaded without problems.

My php.ini is set to 20MB. I can't see any file size settings in Kayako admin that relates to the download area. I have set ticket attachment restriction to 20MB with no file type restriction (due to kayako bug).

So, I can't seem to work out why I can not upload a large file.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

I cannot upload downloads larger than 10 MB. I have to link to them and store them on the site

What do you have by Storage Location For Attachments under "Admin CP >> Settings >> Tickets"?

Check your server error_log if it reports any PHP error.

I have the same problem, I cannot upload downloads larger than 10 MB.
I have to link to them and store them on my site but I think that this option is not safe
