Filtering Custom Fields - 21-05-2007, 10:53 AM

Hello,

we've got multiple custom fields in our kayako, and right now i'm building lots of filters for the staff to work with all those tickets. I've got two custom fields called;

Type with Bug, Task, Enhancement & New Feature
Project with client/application names.

When i'm filtering on those clients and/or types, it often doesn't work.. i've got a filter which has to show bugs only, but i still get Enhancement and Task in it.. (even from other clients.)
it's the same for others.

somehow i also got a filter on bugs which is working correctly.

does anyone else have problems with this? or know what it is?

My only guess is that it has something to do with "contains" instead of "equals".
