| Filtering of departments / staff dropdown -

Firstly -great product!
We have multiple departments and staff members, and I cannot figure out how to filter the staff member / department dropdown lists on the ticket screen so that only certain staff members / departments are visible, preferably according to the group permissions.
It's a waste of time for staff member of another department to see all staff members on the system when assigning a ticket.
Am I missing something here?
