Filters do not retain department More details in ticket # KKK-539134 Problem reported in June 2006 Confirmed in October 2006 Finally Resolution promised 4 times via ticket communication and 1 email from Varun and still not fixed. Regards, Raghav Arora ---------------------- Kayako Infotech Ltd. http://www.kayako.com Posted On: 10 Oct 2006 09:35 AM Hi Derek, > I have found that when I create the Filter using the criteria outline in this ticket the filter is created with the right information in the database. However the problem happen when you try to update the filter. > > When you update the filter is is pulling random departments and placing those in the drop down. Hence you then save the filter and the departments are broken then. > > There must be an issue in the code when it tries to look up what the filter criteria are on attempting to Manage the filter. > > Im not sure what to look for in the data that could be breaking this. Confirmed bug, Will be resolved in the upcoming CVS. I am keeping this ticket Open till then. Regards, Varun Shoor ------------------ Kayako Infotech Ltd. http://www.kayako.com |
