| Filters not working -

We are currently testing Kayako Support Suite on a test account hosted by Kayako, so I assume it is the latest version.
Filters to select tickets are
a) not working correctly. If a condition is specified that yields an empty record set, the result is ALL tickets. You can test this easily by defining a filter named "Nothing" with condition [Subject contains "xxx"]. If you do not have a ticket with xxx in the subject the effect will not be different from View All. After creating a new ticket with xxx the filter will work.
b) why can't regular expressions be used in comparisons?
