what is the finality of the search box on the Staff CP, at the top-right of the window ? what it search ?

It searches knowledgebase articles - if you type and wait, a list of relevant matches (to your query) will be listed.

I test and no... zero results, the icon just do a move like "searching" but it show nothing. (and I test doing copy&paste of a simple part of a KB article title)

Now I found it, you must write a part of the CONTENT of the article, not the title. is like the title is not taken into consideration for the search.

Another issue I detect is when we create new KB or Predefined Replys, it take some time (sometimes more than 1 day) to start being available to the staff.

And this search box is only vivisible from the staff cp from a web browser, if you access to the tickets from the WinApp the search box is not there, it's gone with all the header
