when you create a new predefined reply, then go to create a ticket and try to insert a predefined reply in firefox, there is no dropdown menu. you have to do a ctrl + reload of the page once in order for it to be loaded and allow you to have a drop down with the newly added replies. is there a fix for this that i can implement? thank you. |

I have the same issue.. IE 6.0 works fine but FireFox 1.5.0.4 does NOT insert predfined stuff.. Did it get resolved elsewhere? We are on the Hosted trial.. that was setup today, June 3 |

Firefox works fine for me when doing this. What version of firefox? What version of Kayako? Firefox = 1.5.0.4 Kakako = 3.0.0.80 Stable |

We've got the same issue for predefined replies. Firefox 1.5.0.4 Kayao 3.00.90 Insertion of knowlegdebase works fine, except it inserts html entities in text mode (so, it doesn't work as it should be). It's always the same with encoding, decoding problem with UTF-8 and ISO. Bugs last forever and are never fully corrected (export are always in UTF-8 even if we set ISO and it was supposed to be fixed) |

Yeah, we got it to work too.. BUT same issue with HTML Inserts.. We just went back to Text KB and then when you insert it into the HTML doesn't look too bad.. |

It may not work for IE7 as the software does not support it completely. What does the Javaconsole of Firefox suggest, what is the error recorded?
