First line of emails not showing up?

After updating to 3.10.02 we are getting the first line of all emails removed. Is there a setting that would change this behavior? Is anyone else seeing this.

Hi jpenny,

There is not a setting that should cause this and this is the first report of it we have had here. Could you please submit a support ticket about this issue so a developer can take a look?
