Flood Protection In Kayako-subject Checking

I checked the flood protection which says the if we create a automated ticket for a user email then for the specifield threshold it will not allow to create tickets but my requirement is if the same user sends mail with different subject in the mail it should create a ticket or if he sends with same subject it should not create it.This kind of subject checking I am unable to do

Please help
