follow up simple Q - 19-06-2008, 07:46 AM

I click on follow up on a ticket

I choose in 5 minuets

check the post reply box

type some thing in it


click submit


OK what will happen

Just so you know, the Follow Up option has no way to review or delete Follow Up items added to tickets. So if someone adds a Follow Up to a ticket, there is no way for anyone else to know that one has been assigned.

For that reason alone, I've informed my staff to NEVER use Follow Ups. Think of the potential chaos...

I agree. It an extremely neat feature. Varun agreed that he should have thought it more deeper. I suppose they will improve it in the coming versions or may be in v4.
