fopen error - 07-10-2006, 07:50 AM

I am getting the following error with certain sections of esupport. For example knowledgebase

Can you tell me what may be causing this error?

Warning: fopen(./cache/d3239e4f9ee4043aeca49d4310b7eaa1.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/redcheck/public_html/support/includes/SmartyLight/class.template.php on line 889

Warning: fwrite(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home/redcheck/public_html/support/includes/SmartyLight/class.template.php on line 890

Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home/redcheck/public_html/support/includes/SmartyLight/class.template.php on line 891

Delete everything inside the /cache/ directory using FTP software then change the permissions of the folder to 777.
