How can I force users to register and log in before submitting tickets via the web site? Kayako support told me I have to enable "Restrict Users Group" in the template group settings, but this does not work, they can still submit a ticket without logging in. Ticket Setting -> Require Valid Email (this is enabled, but I do do not receive any confirmation email before my ticket is accepted). In my mail queues I have REGISTRATION REQUIRED |

Go to Staff CP-->User's-->manage user groups. Edit the guest group and disable all the widgets you don't want users to be able to do without logging in. |

people that register on my system are defaulted to the Registered User Group Validation Pending status? I wish they would be Guest Validation Pending. How do I change this? Thanks, Kevin Bell support.protechsecurityinc.com |
