Are there any pre-made forms/templates in kayako that I can use to do a simple integration into an HTML page so peopel can simply submit their name, e-mail and question? (Basically for the sales queue). Right now I have it setup so they have to go to their e-mail client and send an e-mail to sales@domain.com instead of simply being able to submit a ticket. TIA |

well if you dont want them to submit ticket via the supportsuite web portal you could always design your own script so when they fill it out and hit the submit button it automaticly posts it to the web portal... or make a script so they can fill it out online and then it automaticly emails it to sales@domain.com |
