| Forward / Post Reply "From email" -

When I reply to a ticket, the dropdown in the "From" account is not set up properly because it only shows me the user that is logged in. I would like it to give me the option of showing the account for the email parser so that when someone replies it goes directly to the helpdesk as a reply instead of going to me!
I'm not sure what I've missed on the admin panel in setting this up but if you could help clarify what section controls this, that would help.
I've set all the email fields I can find, in the Mail parser, general tab etc. |
