Forward with from Staff empty TO ends up in Customer Login - 13-05-2008, 07:44 AM

Dear all,

When forwarding information in a ticket from the staff login, and when you forget to fill in the TO the ticket post will end up in the customer login. Forwards should never be seen by the customer... Does everyone have this issue?
