Forwarding doesn't work

Is there any way to include all the previous ticket posts in the e-mail that is sent when using the forwarding option?

Right now, the forwarding option doesn't actually forward anything, it creates a new message and includes none of the previous client/staff replies.

Use the "Quoute" button to the right (next to predefinded replies)
