Hi, How do I make it possible that an e-mail sent to support@domain.com and is then forwarded to my Kayako registered email queue support@support.domain.com will open a new ticket? Currently a ticket is opened only if the e-mail was sent to support@support.domain.com and is NOT opened if it was sent to support@domain.com (even though I set a forward from it to support@support.domain.com). I'm using piping (via cPanel). Please, help!! Thanks!!! |

Setup your support@support.domain.com to pipe to the Kayako installation. Setup a forwarder for support@domain.com to point to support@support.domain.com. Then, in your parser setup, add support@domain.com as your email NOT the support@support.domain.com one. |
