| Forwarding with time worked, and billable time vs. time worked. -

Hello everyone,
I've recently started using Support Suite, and noticed a couple of strange things with the Time worked option.
1. The time worked that is inputted when forwarding a ticket does not get processed.
2. In the billing tab, I could not input time worked without putting a non 0 value in billable time; it does not get added to the system. I could enter a value of 0.1 in the billable field as a work around, and the system rounded down to 0.
I was wondering if anyone else could confirm if this is happening, or if it is just my installation?
I'm using SupportSuite v3.00.32
