Fresh Install Problem - 05-05-2006, 05:29 PM

I just installed SupportSuite 3.0 as a new customer, and it is telling me that Zend Optimizer is not installed.

However, I have been using Zend for quite some time:

PHP 5.0.4 (cli) (built: Nov 8 2005 08:27:12)
Copyright (c) 1997-2004 The PHP Group
Zend Engine v2.0.4-dev, Copyright (c) 1998-2004 Zend Technologies
with Zend Extension Manager v1.0.10, Copyright (c) 2003-2006, by Zend Technologies
with Zend Optimizer v3.0.0, Copyright (c) 1998-2006, by Zend Technologies

To install SupportSuite I uploaded the tar.gz, and uncompressed it from there. Made the changes to config.php remotely and uploaded the key.php as a binary file.

What now? I just updated Zend to see if there was a version problem, I was previously using 2.6.2.

Please help - My month license is dwindling. Thanks!
