I can't stand this software! It takes so DAMN long to load when I'm overseas or on slower connections, viewing pages via ssl. It often takes 2-5 minutes for a single page to open when I open up 5 support tickets in Kayako. What's with the ridiculous bloat of all that ****py javascript ajax****? Is there a smaller version with less bloat? This thing is so bad I'm tempted to move to another ticket system. |

You just stated the cause right there you are *overseas and on a *slow connection. No matter what software you are using this is gonna cause problems...
