| Generating reports based on replies from DB -

From the searching I did, I know reports are coming in V4 and many have talked about it. We have run into an issue for us that we need some simple type of reports for our client asap, or they are going to be canceling our support contract. They do not want to see the closed ticket reports spread across all of our departments which is available. They want a simple report that they can adjust date range. Show total number of replies, per staff member sent. Not just closed tickets or seperated by department If anyone can offer any suggestions or how we can pull this from the database it would be greatly appreciated. Right now we have no idea how or what to do. Might lose our client due to not having the ability to do this and sort of freaking out Thanks |
