I'm wondering if there's any XML import feature of tickets in support suite? I'm guessing not as I haven't found one, but it would be helpful for importing from ticket systems not supported by impex, as well as other creative uses. Assuming not, does anyone know of any 3rd party tools to do this, and is this going to be in V4? I didn't see it mentioned for that either. |

3rd party tool... you might try an ETL. The only good open source one that i know is Pentaho Data Integration (aka KETTLE). But it's kinda too much for "just this". -- Lurking around there -- |
