Hello,

i hope iam in the right forum, so today i installed the v3 of SupportSuite, after the install i get this error. I don´t know how to fix or what i´m do wrong.

Is here anyone who can help me?

did you change the permission on the cache directory too 777 and on the files directory too 777 and then on /cli/index.php too 755 ?

Yes i changed the folderrights, but the error are still here

Hello after i contact support, i think my mistake was that i insert the wrong domain for the key

Now all it´s fine

I have exactly the same problem after upgrade from 3.4.04 to 3.4.10

Is was working fine before with the same key file.

Anyone knows what to do, please?

I have the same error coming up when I am trying to edit custom fields. This is started to happen after the update to 3.0.4.32.

Hi Chris;

Did you remember to delete the /setup/ directory after installation?
