Getting blank page when posting replies and tickets - 19-01-2008, 01:10 AM

Ever since we transfered our website (using CPanel) to a new server, when users submit tickets or when staff submit replies, we sometimes get a blank page (all white). It does not refresh or redirect as it should, but it does post the ticket or reply. What could cause this? How can I track down this issue?

Thanks,

Brent

That sounds like you haven't got mbstring installed. You should recompile PHP with it to get Kayako to work.

We installed mbstring just now and it still has this "blank page" issue. Any other ideas?

You might want to get your php configuration checked by someone. I suggest you open a support ticket from under your Kayako Members Area profile at https://members.kayako.net/

Create a PHP Info file and post the link to it. We may be able to help.

Your PHP is not yet compiled with mbstring support. You will have to ask your hosts to do it for you.
