Greetings,
We have just purchased the montly hosted service of Kayako and have a couple of technical and business questions:
1. is it possible to give each client (business entities) and their employees access to submit tickets online.
1.a. will they be able to see only their business name and not the other companies when submitting a new ticket?
1.b. will the system route the tickets to the appropriate engineer to fix the problem?
1.c. How do you configure the system to do that?
2. The active directory?
2.1. is it possible to enable the active directory at each of the customers sites to allow their employees to submitt tickets on the local area network instead of the web?
2.2. can we access then the tickets that have been submitted from outside their network (from our network)?
2.3 How do you configure the system to do that?
3. We would like to allow each employee from our customers to access the ticketing system and fill out a ticket with a uesr name and password? how do you do that?
